Dr. Weiandt has a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from Indiana University and a doctorate in Dental Medicine from the University of Louisville. She is an avid learner, and she enjoys keeping up with the latest developments in cosmetic and general dentistry and esthetic practices. She most enjoys the ongoing doctor-patient relationship– her goal is to help her patients lead happy and healthy lives.
The Hygiene Team
Carrie has over 2 decades of experience as a dental Hygienist. She enjoys getting to know her patients and helping them to achieve optimal dental health. She lives in Anderson with her husband, Terry and their 2 children. Carrie and Terry own TLC Produce, a small local strawberry farm. In her spare time, she dabbles in photography, gardening and crafts.
Jennifer has been a licensed dental hygienist since 2020 and has been with Dr. Molly’s practice since 2022. She is married and has three handsome boys. She enjoys boating and traveling with family and friends.
Kasey received her Dental Hygiene license from IUPUI of Fort Wayne in 2002. She enjoys spending time with her husband and her fur babies. 3 dogs, 2 horses and 2 cats complete her family. Kasey loves to travel, camp and kayak.

Emily holds the degree of Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA). She has 20 years of experience in dentistry and has worked alongside Dr. Molly for 13 years.
Jadelyn is one of our dental assistants and holds the degree of Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA). She is married with two stepchildren, and she enjoys spending time with her family and being active
Karen is our office manager. She is married with two sons. In her free time she likes to cook, travel, go to concerts, and spend time with family and friends.
Shari is our Insurance Coordinator and has been in the dental field since 2008. She is married to her husband, Stan , and has three adult children. Her greatest joy is being a grandparent! In her free time, Shari loves being out on the water, travel, cooking, and family time.
